Wiggins Town Park & Delbert Teets Ball Field
East 4th Ave & High Street
The town park has
baseball, softball, and t-ball fields, 2 picnic shelters, fenced playground,
dugouts, batting cages, concession stand and restrooms. The ball field is named
after Delbert Teets, who was instrumental in organizing the Wiggins Little League. Now
that the town has recently been awarded a grant from the Great Outdoors of
Colorado, the Wiggins Town Park area will be completely revamped and updated. Stop by and check out the progress made to date!
High Plains Park
2nd Ave & Jasper
Located behind the
local bank, the High Plains Park offers local youth an outlet for skating,
basketball, and has a full-size playground area. Another great feature is a
gazebo that offers shelter from the hot summer days and a perfect location for
a nice family picnic.

Jackson Lake State Recreation Area

Jackson Lake is
ideal for waterskiing, jet skiing, windsurfing and sailing. The lake has
2 designated swim beaches. Fishing for warm water fish like the wiper,
walleye, bass, crappie, channel catfish and rainbow trout is a favorite pastime
enjoyed by locals and visitors alike.
The track west of Ft.
Morgan hosts races every Saturday evening during the summer as well as
special races throughout the year.
Town of Wiggins sponsors local league play for activities such as Co-ed 4 on 4
